Most unprofessional agency ever!

A Word of Warning! DO NOT do business with NatRent, specifically their agent Godfrey, most unprofessional and sloppy agency Ive ever come across.

I app**** for an apartment 1st, was never informed that it was given to someone else and had to fight for a month just to get my Credit Check payments refunded.

Worst was when I called their reception I was met with one of the rudest human beings ever. Its only when I showed up in person at their office, when they became humble all of a sudden and was willing to help me.

Natrent Your service is bad and you should feel bad.
