RUN GUYS RUN. Save your deposit money, you'll make the place look better than how you found it and still be denied your deposit, on my side, I was told I owe on top of the deposit. I will insist that these kids play soccer and "mistakenly" aim for all the windows in any empty unit. WORST experience ever. Just go asked anyone who's lived there. I had a friend who lived there for about 2 months, of which he hardly spent at the unit, though on departure, his deposit was held back and told he's owing for damages. I wish nothing but the worst for this company.
