Inspections done without the tenant being present

I recently moved out of my apartment at windmill park estate, I received an email confirming that they have received my notice and an inspector will contact me in due course to do an inspection, a week later I received an email listing the things that needs to be fixed, only to find out that an inspector failed to contact me or even send an email or a sms requesting my presence, you will find that the inspector damages some things and then says it was you so that they can keep your deposit, this is absurd and needs to be addressed.
