Horrible service at natrent

I had the worsted experience at this company I called in Jan gave the a notice to move out and my contracted was ending March. Belinda said there will be no penalty on my side. I then moved out in February we hired a cleaning company to clean the flat 100% .The inspector said we must leave the keys at the security they will go inspect ,she then called few days saying everything was ok. To my surprise July instead of me getting my deposits the told me i was liable in paying po rata for 1st month rent and at first the said its was a special of first month when i entered .I would never recommend any1 to use natrent
