********** EXPERIENCE
I am only rating this place 1 star because I can't rate below 1. The stuff from this place are so rude and unhelpful. When I moved in i gave them my account number and authorised and debit order for rent. Now after 6 months of debits they telling me I must go the atm to pay their fee which includes areas and tell me that they couldn't check all the accounts if they have been paid because of the holidays and there is a lot of other accounts they dealing with. So I must suffer and pay for their mess and their incompetence as instead of working when they at work they busy thinking of holidays. They even had the nerve to come and cut the electricity then after I complained and battled with the person who was supposed to help and she had such a bad attitude; tremendously disgusting if you ask me she threatened me that she will cut off the electricity. This was such a ********** experience thinking of how we going to make food for the baby if the electricity is off but I played my role and someone didn't do a thorough job instead they thinking of what they going to be doing for easter holidays instead of working.

05 Apr 2018, 11:38We called in a couple of times to require some information about why the money and we were told you will get back to us 1st thing isn't it professional to contact us if you cannot get the money? Why must we call 1st had we not called about this what would've happened? You would've just came and cut off the electricity without any notification? And I started swearing because your stuff member insulted my wife. She even wrote us an email that we only saw today apologising about the manner she spoke to us. I will not tolerate that type of assistance from anyone why is your stuff dishing out food that they can't eat themselves? Wasn't it abusive when I called and your stuff member started back lashing me of how she will cut the power? Your maintenance guy came and told us he was ordered to come fix the electricity after I battled with your stuff member. I will send the proof of payment.
