Filthy, stinking Gold Reef View apartments

I have never seen a filthy complex like Gold Reef View apartments. No cleaning service, no washing lines with laundry hanging on balconies, yet we are paying R500 monthly for service. What service exactly. I have been on leave for 2 weeks and i have never seen anyone cleaning there. And what a shady work done there. From plumbing, tiling, material used, everything its just so sub-standard. I thought i was the only one who is not happy with the complex, but after interacting with different people, we all share the same sentiment.
