Fed up tenant

I have moved in to this place i think 4 years back the place was never repainted even now they refuse to paint, the cupboards are falling its a dump to think that i pay rent to stay in such a place then there is this thing every year of paying for contract renewal every year yhoooo i am so fed up with this place
