Don't rent with Natrent

Natrent is an ********* rental business to rent property from. They know that they have old units which are infested with ****roaches but they will only fumigate your unit knowing very well that these ****roaches will return because they have to fumigate every unit. When you delay with a month's rent they turn off your electricity and give you a letter of demand immediately. They build their own cheap cupboards but expect you to repair them, they avoid maintenance at all costs. They've placed me in a unit that has structural problems and are telling me that if I want to move to a new unit I must reapply and pay a deposit and rent. I accidently double paid my rent and they are delaying refunding me. Their security is not tight, you have people showing up at your door without security contacting you for access. They are ******.
