DO NOT SIGN YOUR PROPERTIES TO NATRENT TO LEASE FOR YOU!

That wonderful word called service doesn't exist with this company. Natrent are absolutely brilliant when you enquire about signing up with them as your rental agency to let your property out. There after, all good service disappears and unbelievably shocking service rears its head. Tenant has not paid rent in 4 months and all the agency does is protect the tenant. Despite false promises from the tenant which Natrent seem to believe and keep getting egg on their faces. With companies running their businesses like this it's no wonder there are so many companies closing their doors and adding to the turmoil we are already in. Oh, and in spite of all of this, they still have the gall to charge for their services when they are offering zero service to begin with. They don't stick to their contractual agreements either. They simply try find every excuse under the sun to avoid responsibility. DO NOT ALLOW NATRENT to rent your properties out. You'll do all the work yourself and still pay a service fee for it.
