DO NOT RENT FROM NATRENT, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I rented a unit for 1year and 6months, and my experience was horrible with natrent, I reported a kitchen light that was faulty and the bathroom door that was not closing properly, Belinda was so rude to me treating me as if I was a fool not knowing what I was talking about after a lot of back and forth the maintenance guy came to fix the light and left me shocked with his ****** comment when he said ' its the first time I am talking to a black person who has an understanding about taking the covid vaccine' however the bathroom door was never fixed he said he was not told about it. on the day of inspection it was Cassandra who came with such a bad attitude, in my view the unit was in good condition to my surprise I am being told about the stove that must be repaired and that stove I did not find it brand new and now this has become the reason for them in delaying to pay back my deposit I am still waiting for my deposit to be paid back to me. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DEPOSIT ********
