Dispute

I stayed at one of the complex manage by Natrent, name of the complex is Protea Gerden. I stayed at the complex for approximately 5 years, in all these pays I was a loyal tenant,paid my rents every month without any hassle, the care taken by name Johannes is a ****** ***** who doesn't like a respect black folks, he will sometimes cut water and light for no reason.

Long story short, I had issues with my stove, I was asked to pay for it to be replaced which I did, but they didn't replace it, instead repaired it which months later the same stove gave same issues and when I reported it to em, I was told I messed it up and I was given a nice to move out.

It was on the 18th, they cut off water and switched off electricity. I laid complaints and made calls for those services to be reinstated but to no avail.

I moved out, till date my deposits hasn't been paid. When I laised with other tenants who used to stay there, they told me same thing that they never got their deposit back.

Please guys be careful of netnant, they don't respect tenants rights.
