DISGUSTING TREATMENT BY SO-CALLED "ESTATE AGENTS" FROM NATRENT RENTAL AGENCY - ALBERTON

Messed around twice in 3 days by NatRent agents who are too damn lazy to even accompany clients on viewings, who leave it up to the ******** tenant to conduct successful viewings of which they are incapable of doing to say the least! On both occasions, I confirmed a time and date with the tenant who's number i was sent via WhatsApp from the "agent". Yet, conveniently upon arriving at the unit, the tenant was either not at home and will not be home for atleast another hour, or in my second case 2 days later, the tenant turns off their phone and only turns it on again 3 hours after the time arranged to view. Not only have I wasted half a tank of petrol and sat for over 40min pregnant and alone in my car on the side of the road, but limited time that I have was completely wasted where I could rather have looked at other properties who are actually managed by trained and professional agents who know the basics regarding customer service and common human decency! I am beyond disgusted and appalled at how these "agents" are operating, getting paid to mess people around while sitting on their lazy behinds. Beware of these agents, chances are, you're only wasting your own time and money trying to work with them. AVOID!!!!!!
