DISGUSTING SERVICE

I would just like to inform anyone who is needing to rent out any form of property. To not use Natrent at all. What a totally horrible team to deal with. Besides the actual rental representative DeWet, who i commend for doing a sturdy job and getting out my report on time to me and to the designated team for my deposit payout. I must say its been an absolute nightmare. I vacated the place long before my time, had a team of cleaning services clean up the place before i left, gave Natrent ample time to collect the keys from me and gave them a list of all the defects of the place, which was to my knowledge not as many as the deposits payout manager says it was, accordingly to the report i got back on the inspection everything was in order. The contract stipulated that deposits will be paid in 30 days from the vacate date. After numerous of times of me reaching out to the deposits payout office, I get a number of excuses, firstly that they wont pay me out because they waiting for my electricity bill. Which i must add was paid way before the given time. When i then presented the proof of payment once again to the deposit office i was given yet another excuse about the fact that review needed to be done on the costings of the damages of certain items in the flat. Which again according to the report was highly unlikely as there was nothing noted exceptionally bad. We ourselves replaced curtain railings, taps ect. And not once complained or told Natrent to reimburse us. The tap that was faulty was reported immediately to Dewet and he noted it. The gate that broke because of wear and tear was in fact also fixed by us and we did not complain or give an invoice to Natrent about this. In fact we were transparent about all of this and mentioned everything upon vacating. What my concern is why the utter lies and stories that needs to be fabricated in order for me to get out the money that is obviously die to me. I paid a huge deposit and i did it gladly, i paid my rent timelessly, way before the due date was requested. I think that the same courtesy should be shown now. Then i get due to the lock down, my concern will only be attended to after that. Utter nonsense. You have had a month to sort it out. This is unacceptable. The right thing to do is to just do your job and pay out what people are entitled too. Were is Ubuntu !!!!
