DISGUSTING SERVICE!
I don't even know how to express my utter disappointment as a tenant... just a word of advise to anyone else looking to rent or even those wanting to use this business to manage their property portfolio: STAY FAR AWAY THEIR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!!! NO URGENCY, NO HELP, THEY DO NOT EVEN ATTEND VIEWINGS WITH PROSPECTIVE TENANTS, REALLY AWFUL SERVICE.

14 Jul 2023, 14:00No one assisted me, I don't get assistance! I moved into the house in MAY 2023 and still have no washing line up! They sent people to do painting and recoating of wooden floors while I am staying in the house pregnant and my son has asthma I complained and they left, then that same night the door lock was broken due to contractors tampering with it and I couldn't get assistance from Belinda until the following morning, meaning I couldn't lock the door while we slept in the house, and I need to mention that the property's retaining wall is very low, no lock on the gate so they can just walk into the yard!!! No one ever came to fix the washing line even after being shown that there is no washing line!!! I have given notice to cancel the lease and move out because of other issues... now they keep contacting me to view but never come with the prospective tenants, even when I viewed the house I went ALONE!!! Its not safe, we live in a country where violent crime is frequent and as a woman with children I am not safe, I cannot let strangers in without the agent, if I do I must do half the agents job by answering questions and showing the house and its not my job!
