Deposit *****s, bad place to rent from

We have rented a place from these people for 3 years. In those 3 years they never came to fix a thing in this townhouse. We ended up repainting this place, fix all the cupboards and everything else that was wrong on our dime. We moved out about almost 2 months ago. They still haven't paid back our deposit. Its been emails and phone calls non stop to these people.

Spoke to a lady name angelique, ended up narrowing down what they needed to fix to 3 items. Which sould cost about a R 1000 rand to fix. We send them the pictures of how the place used to look the day we moved in. Nothing was fixed by Natrent. The place was crawling with roaches and full of beer bottles ect. Just utterly disgusting. We ended up cleaning and fixing everything ourselves.

Got a phone call today saying that it is more then R11000 for repairs as they now want to repaint ect. Things that we did 1 week before we moved out.

I will not recommend renting from these people as they are a bunch of ********* who will do anything in there power to keep your deposit and not give you a cent.

Shame on you people
