Deposit since 2018

I moved out from Windmill Park estate 2018 till to date I haven't received my deposit I have sent emails with pictures of the condition during the commencement of contract with Natrent. I even requested checklist signed during inspection to compare with exit inspection but that didn't materialized, arranged meeting with Natrent personnel in 2018 and in a meeting I was told that she will check the cost that I highlighted on their so called signed exit inspection. Their entry and exit inspection does not matchup. I was told stories that pictures shall be checked on the system to verify what I have sent them unfortunately I didn't record Meta when she stated that she's very sorry the flat was not in a living condition when I moved in and cleaning personal don't week over the weekend.

I can't advice anyone to rent their apartments based on their back and forth when you moved out from their apartment.
