Deposit refund Fruedsters

A bunch of ******! they expecting me to pay them for the renovations they made on the apartment worth R14K just so that they don't refund my deposit of R8k and they want me to pay them a balance of R5k to pay their contractor.

They are charging me for issues I found when I moved in and I noted them in my inspection form when I moved in and they never fixed the issues. Emails from me and from the rental tribunal have been ignored by them. I repeat, A bunch of ******!
