Deposit refund

Hi I've been renting there from ***. I made an early notice as it is stipulated on the lease. I paid full deposit plus one month rent without any questions. that's what their lease states. So now I've been waiting for my deposit since I vacated their property. The contract states that they will pay back my deposit within 21 days. I was told that I tempered with electricity. My reply was give me a evidence. When I requested, I was told that they're busy with investigations. Till today still waiting for the response. Currently everyone is complaining about their state of conduct, there's no water, fault electrical meters but my case is taken as isolation, while the whole complex is crying foul. Natrent personnel specifically BELINDA is taking them for granted as they're owing boksburg municipality thousand of rands. No wonder they're struggling to pay back my deposit refund that includes defects found. I'm gat full
