DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED

<p>i have been rentig a town house in windmill park when i moved in the place was not paited and i moved out i left the place very clean but i have been charged for painting, cleaning of the stove plate rusted and it was clean rusting of the plate it the cheap supplier they use for the stove. I am still staying in the same complex but the place i moved in was dirty and stove was not clean and the wall unit, the person that was staying there was charged for labour cleaning of the stove and everthing. on the unit i was staying in i did go and spoke to the person that has moved in he adviced me that wall was not painted and i took some pictures place is still the same as i left it in a good condition. They have send me the email with invoices wheres no job was done how is that??</p> <p>Legal action needs to be taken i want my deposit back.</p>
