deposit money

Message: Good day Natrent doesn't want to pay me my deposit money it says i owe February rent and i paid is sent them the proof of payment and they say is i owe them R3700.00 for the faults of which i also found them there even the previous tenant found them. after sending the February Proof of payment now they comeback and say i have to pay the March rent but i left on the 24 of February and i gave them 30 days notice as agreed made new 2 keys i was not paid for those but they took them they said it was my choice i painted the house and cleaned it the Agent Meta Binda said everything is perfect and i shouldn't have painted they will do it before the new tenant comes in when i arrived to hand in the keys i found the neighbors car parked and it was licking oil now they say i have to pay for that as well and i did not ask the neighbors to park there and it was not my responsibility either to stop them to park there on the empty parking i i explained to the Agent who was doing the inspection she said she saw that its ok but now i owe them for that i went to the previous tenant and ask her her and her husband they told me that that is what Natrent does to people there is no one who have ever got her deposit money they always look for something that they will hold you to it to avoid paying you and they were never paid as well please help i don't have that money and i cleaned the house and painted it because i needed my deposit money
