Deposit Gone

One bad experience I’ve had and will never forget. I was ****** by these people all my deposit. After making sure that I leave the flat clean with no damages. They had the gut to even charge me an extra R2750 on top of the R5600 that they owe me. According to them cleaning/painting costs R8000. After waiting for 4 months this is what I get. I called almost every week to follow up only to find out I’m not even getting a cent. The worse part of it all is that a few days after I moved out another tenant moved in. Clearly no fixing was done but they took all my deposit.
