Deposit ****** and Bad Service

Deposit ******, I rented a unit at Tinka’s place through this agency agent Gavin Booyzen and 6 months later unfortunately my house was still not completed long story short when it was completed evacuated the premises 31st December 2022 and waited for full month of January 2023 and 2 weeks of February 2023 for my deposit to be paid back and today I wake with a deposit of R2651 instead of R11450 (statement attached) where is the rest of my deposit as I did the inspection myself and sent Gavin pictures also left the unit in the same condition I found it in because immediately after moving there’s already someone in the unit.

They tried forcing me to renew my Lease after it’s expired then asked for 10% deposit again and wanted a 2 month Calendar notice even after my lease has ended!!!
