COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT

I am not happy with the ill treatment from Natrent , i feel bul**** and threatened because the owner is not a " friendly man " guess what i do not care because i pay my rent on time and the extra money i was told i am owing of which i was not aware of. My electricity is switched off even when an arrangement was made with Colene to say i pay my rent and an extra 1000 . i am living to that arrangement ,but Natrent does not CARE. Its winter , the kids are at home with no hot meal , a bath and sense of feeling at home. This is so disappointing. I am only 7 months at the Windmill park estate and i would never refer anyone simply because how they make people feel like ********s. If i did not want to pay rent why did i pay all these months. NATRENT change your ways. The maintenance guy who is always angry you even scared to go ask for help from him. iyooooh what an experience.
