Clear Modus Operandi from Natrent

I urge anyone that want to use this company to think twice. After having proof that there were damages to the unit before we moved in (it was on the previous tenants outgoing inspection list and on my inspection list and I took pictures of the issues when I viewed the unit) they still decided to deduct it from my deposit (and no, it was not a small amount). I have kept all my emails as proof, yet they still decided to put words into my mouth and blamed me for the damage. If I could give 0 stars I would. They have a clear modus operandi as I have seen so many people complaining about the same thing. I am extremely disappointed in myself for not reading the reviews prior to renting from them. Please learn from my mistakes and be VERY careful.
