These people are ******, they make every excuse not to return your money for deposit. I was even charged for wear and tear, a kitchen front door paint that was cheeped from the outside. I can not control the weather from damaging the door. For all the inspection findings I asked the to send a quotation so that I can try and fix the things myself. I was told they have their internal people who does maintenance so they do not work on quotation. How is that possible???? That is their plan to rip you off. All prices were just ridiculous. They only gave me an invoice after deducting from my deposit. From R9600 I only received R2700 and I only stayed in that house for 8 months. Stay away from NATRENT, they are just ******. Or you can just forget about getting your deposit back
