Bad service from natrent agent

<p>I have been communicating with a gentleman called Godfrey moloi from natrent , he was suppose to help me get tenants for my property in windmill park. I signed a contract and send it back to him on the 25 October, I called him to confirm if he did receive my email and he said yes and he also promised me that my property will be on their website the following day. He also mentioned that he will send me the pictures of the house that he took and the information that will be on their website . Its been 10 days now I haven't heared a word from him, I have been trying to call him numerous times and his ignoring my call and emails. I called their office on Friday and I spoke to Mary she said she will send him a WhatsApp message. I still haven't head a word from Godfrey. I'm really disappointed in their services.</p>
