Bad bad service from Natrent Real Estate
I gave notice and moved out of my flat at Jubilee Village on the 24th January. New tenants have now vacated the premises ,however I still have to wait till 22 March for them to finalise my deposit..There was no one vacating the premises and the main switch was off and this was advised and proof shown to Belinda at Natrent on the 13 th January when I purchased my airline ticket. Now Angelique Celliers from Natrent is so rude and is telling me I will wait until then..They have other tenants in the premises since 27th February, why should I wait this long. I need urgent assistance...this is just wrong,I paid my deposit on time,my rent was paid on time, bit when U leave U have to wait so long for your deposit..
My complaint is against Natrent Angelique Celliers and Devesh Hassani....no sense of humanity.
This is a really bad estate company.
We have procedures in place that is advised when you gave notice to vacate. We also have to compare the incoming inspection to the outgoing. We will try and finalise this coming week.
Thank you

My Inspection was done a while back and due to no damages tenants moved in on the 27th February.....
I can't understand that my deposit can be withheld due to electricity charges ,,but you now talking about inspection....I vacated the premises on the 24th January,on the 13 January I advised Belinda at Natrent there should be no electricity charges for February as no one will be vacating the premises and also the main switch was off,,so in all honesty ,how would there be charges on electricity if no one was there to use it...It just shows how unfair they are,
I also have an incoming inspection report which I sent to Godfrey and the the owner came to see himself when I moved in.
I see that Natrent has alot of complaints about deposits being withheld.
The new tenants have paid a deposit ,my deposit is being withheld,,,Natrent wants to make money off other people.
People please do not rent from these people ,they don't care about other people and their livelihood.
I have now relocated and I must wait so long for my deposit.
