AGENT ****MERS -NATRENT

I have leased under this agents called Natrent for Three yes in Glen Eagle Estate, Eagle Nest Complex at Glen Marais Kempton Park.

Because of my credit score the unit was up under somebody's name but this person was not working but I was working.

From day one I paid full deposit and monthly rentals with my account number with my names this was never a problem for three full years. 1st of August 2023, I have moved out of their property and they promised to pay my refund for my deposit after 30 days which ended 31/08/2023.

I waited for my refund till I send an email to them, imagine what I got from them them request me to ask that person whom they they register a unit with his name. But have never rejected the money paid from my account for three years.

Now they must pay back my money they was that person approvals.

I am still waiting to date for my money as that person is nowhere to be found. But I have been paying them with my account number.

This agents are ****mers as I just heard that they will never pay back your deposit as they will always find something to say so they don't pay back people's when they vacate from their properties.
