Dishonoured refund.

I paid a R4 000 deposit for their services for an event. I later on informed the owner that I was dealing with that I no longer needed their services and he agreed to pay the deposit. Some of the deposit was paid bit by bit over a period of 7 months.

The remainder of R1 300 is still outstanding for over an additional 6 months, over which their communication has withered to no response on all platforms that had been given to me.
