Poor service

I bought the kids starter combo on the 31 Dec but I haven’t received any email or call regarding my parcel. I sent an email and they said I should’ve received an email with my tracking details so I can track the parcel myself but I didn’t receive anything. I sent and email yesterday but I they didn’t answer me back. I’m quite disappointed with the service I got because this is the first I don’t get proper service or someone get back to me ASAP even today still nothin from them
