Poor Service, Wrong Order, No Refund, No Reply from Native Rebels

On Friday 26 February at around 18:30, I made an order for 2 rib meals. Only one was delivered at around 19:30. The driver left and promise to return with my other order but he didn't.

I called the restaurant and was told to place another order for ribs and that the driver would deliver the meal with a cash refund. When the order arrived at 21:20 it was the wrong order - a cold wings meal which is R45 less than the rib meal (Ribs are R150, wings are R105).

Not only that. I only got the R150 for the meal but not for the R15 delivery charge, even though the error was not mine.

So I submitted a complaint when I got the notification to rate my service. Nothing has come of this. Not only was the service bad but I still don't have my money back!
