All started great, but the end product was a big let down

<p>After struggling quite a bit with the reliability of home seamstresses, I decided to go to a design house. At first their service was great - quick follow ups, friendly, talk the talk. So i placed the order for the pattern design and samples. Great, the dress fits me and my daughter as I wanted. So i placed the order for production and when it came time to collect, I noticed the ladies dress is cut wrong at the back. Fortunatly not a major adjustment. So they fixed it and arranged for the dressess to be delivered to me. Sadly, I did not try the dress on again as the sample was perfect. After sending the dresses out, I started gettign one complainted after the other and customers returning dresses for refunds. Turns out, my suspision was right, the pattern must only have been designed in the production phase, explaning why the dress was wrong when i colelcted it. So i pulled the pattern out, as the major complaint was that the larg dress hangs by the knee and not the ankle. On the pattern, they allowed 1cm adjustment in the length!! So the dress adjusts by 4cm in width, but only 1cm in length. </p> <p>I sent them a mail with photos of my clients and the pattern, and after having to follow up a couple times and request a refund, their response is: </p> <p> </p> <p>"Our policy does not allow any refunds but we are able to fix the dress or once you are ready to produce more items,we will than give you a discount." </p> <p> </p> <p>and my response:</p> <p> </p> <p>"So your stuff up is my problem to be fixed partially at my cost. As I would need to supply fabric again and send back to my clients on my cost? Ya, I can see why I would make use of your services again.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date you have not provided me with a reason or even acknowledge that the pattern was cut wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will happily send you the dresses and pattern back, as the pattern is useless and I can not sell dresses which are different lengths."</p> <p> </p> <p>I trully hope someone googles their "reviews' first before using them again. </p> <p> </p> <p>Here is their website: http://nativeclothing.co.za/ </p>
