******** OsteoEze Gold Promotion

I have a chronic knee problem. This means I rely heavily on glucosamine and chondroitin supplements. I cannot go a day without. For the past two years I was drawn to OsteoEze GOLD. Mainly because it does work for me, but also the brand has been running a loyalty reward promotion where if you buy 3 products, they offer to send you one free pack.

OsteoEze GOLD pack consists of 90 capsules. You take 3 capsules a day. So a pack will last a month. The most recent pack I bought, which was yesterday, cost R325. Not cheap at all. Even inside this pack I found a leaflet that still illustrates this "Buy 3 Get 1 free" promotion.

On several occasions I have scanned/taken photos of my 3 receipts, and emailed to the listed email address, in the hopes that I will receive my free pack. Clearly this is another of those ****s where OsteoEze run meaningless promotions simply to get consumers to buy their products. I wish to shout to the world that THIS IS A **** BY OSTEOEZE!!!!

Not once have I received ANYTHING free from OsteoEze. I have receipts dating back as far as April 2019 which prove my purchases. Do the right thing Nativa!!!

I wish to thank Nativa for their speedy response. What is now clear is that there was some miscommunication/mishap. I also discovered that one of the free packs was sent to me. Truth is that I never received it. Nevertheless, we have resolved the matter, and I am still a great supporter of Osteoeze for the simple reason that it works.
