I need my refund ASAP!

Beginning of last year I was required to pay R6800 before I can attend school and I was doing grade 12. I got so stressed because we all know January is a tough month and my parents had no money at that time so I spent almost 3 weeks at home without attending until I asked people to help me settle the fees and someone from Instagram offered to pay my fees. But I was already admitted to another school and he had already paid the R6800 to Nationwide School of Excellence. My friends kept on telling me that my fees were paid and teachers were asking why am I not coming to school than I decided to ask for a refund from the school which they sent me a form to fill in so that I can get my refund but they never rep**** up until they told me no R6800 was paid for me which is a lie. So I'm asking for help so that I can get my refund sent to my account not the guy who helped me because I desperately need it for my applications for next year since I couldn't go to varsity this year.
