Very rude people

Out of the blue received a call from someone who couldn't even read my name correctly. I wanted to know what they wanted to which I was told unless I gave them my DOB they wouldn't tell me what they wanted. I refused until they could properly explain who they were and what they wanted. No that wasn't acceptable, not a problem I say let me speak to a supervisor, no can't do that. Vey rude person, kept speaking over me, even though I explained I am the customer and they needed to be courteous & listen. They then hung up on me.
