Rude Collection person

Hi,

I fully understand that I am behind with my payments. A lady phoned me to see if I can make arrangement. So I told her I can only tell them on Monday what I can. Whilst I tried to explain why she cut me off and told me again what she told me in the beginning and I am not given much of a choice. I then try and finish my conversation and she has the audacity to tell me I must not interrupt her. So I understand that if I default on payments there are consequences and unfortunately that is all I can do. So the conversation led to I cannot make arrangement. I must do what she says or else I get handed over. So I have tried. I am not paying because I feel like it, I am in extreme financial difficulties. That is why I tried to ask to get back to you on Monday to see what I can do. The attitude I can see is if I do not pay the minimum you are saying then I must not even bother because the result will be the same. That is not an arrangement being made so please do then hand me over as there is nothing else I can do than what is within my power at the moment. If it is not going to help if I pay less than minimum then it does not help me to make a payment. Your view ?
