CAN U PLEASE REPLY TO MY DISPUTE

I phoned this company as my account was handed over to them by woolworths...the account was paid off in 2018 I have emailed them a paid up latter but they never updated me to ITC... they never rep**** to emails and when U call them they don't answer. On the 04th of May I had to hold for exactly 50 minutes on the phone waiting for a consultant that was never available..
