CALL CENTRE HARASSMENT - NATIONWIDE RECOVERY SERVICES

After the ***00 phone call from their call centre to ask me when am I going to pay the outstanding balance on my account ?? FFS people I was retrenched and went thru the whole process of getting the claim done to settle the outstanding amounts. I also had BALANCE PROTECTION on the CARDS just in case this should ever happen to me, clearly the Call centre at NATIONWIDE have no clue as to what is going on in their organization whatsoever. I've now been inundated by calls from the CALL CENTRE asking me the same f&%king questions. Come to life people, wake up and smell the roses, liaise with your staff. DON'T HESITATE, COMMUNICATE and INFORM them what is happening.
