Moving truck never showed up on moving day!

I had booked and paid a deposit for a removal truck to move our belongings on Friday, 31 July. I had booked the truck for 12:30 as we needed to be out by 13:30 at the latest. Natasha confirmed in an email and telephonically that this time is in order and the truck has been booked accordingly. On the day of the move, the truck had just not showed up! I tried to call Nationwide movers several times with no answer and also left messages.I had already paid the deposit for the truck. I then had to call another company that I found on Gumtree who were able to assist me immediately....The Nationwide driver then called me at 15:00 on the 31st to say that they are on their way!!! 3 hours later so I told them to turn around. I have since been trying to get hold of Nationwide to pay back my deposit, but there is still no answer.....I would like my deposit paid to back to me asap....I would never recommend their extremely unprofessional services to anyone.
