NO COMMUNICATION OR FOLLOW UP ON CLAIMS

<p>CLAIM ********** : My last contact with the Claims office was round about 16th May 2017, using 'Hello Peter'. they responded with BIG promises the following day, but until NOW - no word or payment from them.</p> <p>I received a letter stating that the claim was approved and now I am waiting for the payment to be done. ABSA is non-existent!! Dead quiet.</p> <p>Bad Service to such an extend that after this experience with Absa, we are off to a new Insurance company. How complacent can such a large company be?</p>
