worst company ever

They were suppose to pick up at 11:30 Sat 25 April 2015 but they came by me with a small truck and then they went to get another truck in the Strand which is a 45min drive from where I stay and came back 4 hours later with the bigger truck - were finished loading their truck @ 16:00 and told us they will only be leaving CT @ 18:0. We called them @ 6 and they said they were leaving now- we called them again at 9 to hear how far they were and they said their truck broke.Meanwhile we are already way ahead of them to George and we had to get a room to stay for the night at our own expense.They only delivered my goods damaged and some missing goods the Sunday night afta 20:00 excuse was their truck broke, so they hired a tr with the exuse about the truck braking and they had to hire a trailer and made me pay for the trailer otherwise they won't of load the goods if I didn't pay for the trailer too, plus they damaged our car with their trailer
