Poor service resulted in damages

I received a quote from Nationwide furniture removals to move my furniture on 27 June. I was quoted for a closed truck with labor. On the morning I received a call stating that the truck had broken down and they will be sending a bakkie.<br> <br> When the bakkie arrived it had no protective material. Due to this 2 of my new couches were damaged.<br> <br> I was quoted for and paid for a service I did not receive and it resulted in damage to my possessions.<br> <br> This is the worst company ever and they refuse to take accountability for this.
