Left me high and dry

What a terrible experience. I paid my deposit and on 3 occasions I highlighted my building's access height restrictions. It was confirmed every time that the height would not be an issue. Then the truck arrived and was too big to get in the building and so it left. Natasha was unavailable so I was left high and dry and had to quickly make a plan b, which cost me a small fortune. No apology was made and despite much nagging, months after my deposit has still not been returned.<br> <br> Not only is this service terrible and they ***** deposits, but I suspect the entire company is a ****, they (probably just Natasha) have no trucks and no staff, they just outsource their jobs to cheap and ***** ***boys with trucks and pay them less than half what we are billed. Their service is nothing like what they portray on their website... All just a con.
