Home removal done with bakkie and trailer

I moved house end April 2015. We organised transport for our goods at least 3 weeks prior to move. <br> My wife had phoned them and spoken to Natasha to confirm things such as closed truck, and at least a 4 tonne truck. It was also confirmed that the date was 30 April and the pickup time is 8:30AM. Deposit was paid.<br> By 9:30, no truck had arrived. I phoned. No answer initially. Then I was promised that a truck was on its way. I phoned numerous times until about 10:30 when I was told a driver was in the area. <br> A bakkie, with a trailer arrived to transport our household furniture. It was a rainy day. They arrived with no protection for our furniture, no rope to secure anything. And the two people that arrived appeared clueless as to what to expect and they didn't seem capable of moving furniture. I phoned again, and Natasha asked if I wanted to cancel the move. <br> The move was atrocious. Furniture was damaged, some was wet. <br> I do not believe that her truck broke down in George as she claimed. This company does not seem to exist outside of being a ***** using unsuspecting Africans to do their dirty work. I doubt they have a fleet of trucks. <br> I advise anyone wanting to use them - DON'T.
