BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY

I got the quote to move my furniture from PE to CapeTown, the quote included insurance and the service was relatively prompt. Without hesitation I paid the deposit and we agreed in writing that my stuff will be loaded on the 6th August. Well, hurdle no 1, I called to confirm a time and was then told their was a breakdown and they will only load at 1pm on the 7th. 10:00 that night I was still waiting in a deserted small holding for Nationwide to pitch. I got hold of Jaco, who claimed to be the owner, he promised to find out and return my call. NO CALL. Then Ravi called from Cheap removals saying they are arriving at 12 and I can wait if I want to!!!. To cut this short, my furniture was loaded Saturday the 8th after lunch, because they had another breakdown!! The best part, I was allocated 1.5 metres for my whole house, and I left big items out that WAS on the inventory!! I had to buy new linen etc as half of my stuff was left in PE, now I have to spend more money to get my furniture in Cape Town and Natascha and Jaco of Nationwide are not answering calls or emails.
