The uselessness of NUM and its employees/representatives cc Kabelo Lekalakala (LEgal rep of NUM Highveld) and Celani Dlamini (Shopstewart of NUM Highveld Region.

I was dismissed from my job in 2017 and I ended up winning my case against the employer in Nov 2018. I went back to work as per the CCMA order and was turned back by security of Isambane Mining saying I can't go through as per the orders from Management. I've since then taken up the issue with NUM (National Union of Mineworkers www.num.org.za) which ash proved to be useless this this day.

I have dealt with Kabelo Lekalakala, Celani Dlamini and their senior My Phoka whom has been nothing but useless from day 1. I called the CCMA today 4 Dec 2018 to find out what is happening regarding my case and learned that Celani Dlamini of NUM fetched the Reward Enforcement Letter from CCMA in Witbank on the 30th October 2018 and has since then not done anything nor is he taking my calls. Kabelo Lekalakala is the legal rep or NUM whom I have been dealing with alongside Celani Dlamini and till date they're yet to act on the Enforcement Letter which they fetched from CCM Witbank.

I have raised this issue with NUM national sometime in July 2018 to which they responded by saying the Highveld NUM regional office deal with this issue and I raised it for the 2nd time since nothing ever came off of it and till date they're yet to respond or act on my issue. I've sent the e-mail to Thenji Phoko NUM Head Office and still to date nothing was done.

I've been a member of NUM since I started working and today when I need their help they're just taking me for ******* since I was unfairly dismissed. I need to take this issue forward and unfortunately due to being unemployed I do not have the finance to help me solve this issue myself.
