STINKING ARROGANCE IN NUM

Myself and Legoabe and others were unfairly dismissed in 2018. At CCMA level Num represented us well, it was with us all the way until an award was issued which was not in our favour. Now we have been sending numerous emails to ask why are the CCMA transcripts not paid for up to now, we have been ignored until recently, 22 October 2020, when eventually, Head of Legal Dpt of Num Dan Mkhatshwa responded with an email that tells us about a quotation that was made in February, I asked if this means the department has paid for transcripts( sent email to Dan on 22 October 2020) he never bothered to responded up to now. Our case has long passed mandatory 6 months to refer the case to Labour Court. Before this response from Dan, due to frustrations of not getting attention from his department, I escalated this matter to Num GS David Sipunzi and his PA Cathy Nhlapo by sending them an email (22/09/2020) complaining about this negligence by relevant department to ensuring our case is headed to Labour Court, up to today as I am typing this email, no developments and no response from both GS David Sipunzi and/or his PA Cathy Nhlapo. We have been loyal paying members of the Num from 1994, do we deserve to loose a case that even my grandmother can win on the hands of our union we are proud of and leadership we elected to serve us? I have done all to get attention internally but ignored, it is us who are unemployed but the leadership is getting paid by its membership, of which we are part of. I ambleeding inside as I write this review about my glorious union but I have no choice, now I must head to court against my very own union for litigation! Is this fair? I must now pay a law firm, after having paid Num for more than two decades, against the very union?We are loosing a case because of negligence and lack of ubuntu by people who work for us, union!!! Can I now use this platform to request the union to do its part and work to ensure this case go to Labour Court. I hate writing this and I will hate even more to raise a lawsuit against my union.I believed GS David Sipunzi would act against this or atleast respond to my email just acknowledge receipt of the email. Am I wrong to call this arrogance? Am I wrong to come to this platform? NO!
