****ed Up Government!

I do not actually want to give any stars! Great idea, but ****ed up!? I registered on CSD as required and regularly update it. Yesterday when i logged in, i saw that i was non- tax compliant. That' ****ed up becos i am in possesion of a tax clearance certificaye that says otherwise. Still not tbe problem, problem is trying endllesly to get hold of someone assistung me in rectifying whatever **** up is there! Im furious, becos i need to submit tenders and apply to be added on databases, now i can't do **** becos if prospective client goes and checks CSD portal, they will see i am non tax compliant! I sent emails and tried calling but no luck!
