Di-associate primary user!

i always thought national treasuary was a better government department but clearly the service is the same as the other departments. they gave me this incidents *** i have since sent a query to diassociate a primary user since 2021 they always send me emails that they wat this and that and i send to them now i waited for 3 weeks to get feedback only for them to tell me that they need a letter head which was incuded.. i need someone to call me back ASAP to explain what is it that you need because your call centre is clueless and unprofessional ***
