Dejected about Technical Supporter post at Department of Treasury

I app**** for a post for IT Technical Supporter , a month ago and early last HR department phoned me telling me that they did receive my application which was CV and my supporting document (certificates) now they want my tertiary transcript, nut on the post they never mention the transcript and there is a Diploma certificate attached on my application but they want my varsity report. They gave me a day 4 hours to submit transcript, it was hard to find one since i no longer user transcript when i apply for a job because i have Diploma certificate but i managed to send the transcript as requested and they received it. So from shortlist I never heard anything from them, they never called me for Interview but i did qualify to go and try. Now i heard people telling me that there were interview and they didn't call me and I am asking my self why they call me if they won't invite me for interview and waste my time requiring extra documents then they throw my application away, Its makes me think that there were doing ***** with my details and they might invite someone else on the interview pretend to be me.

I really had a bad experience with Department of Treasury , what they did its doesn't make sense to me , I feel they should have invited me to an interview , I was gonna take it from there and try all my best because I qualify for the post and I meet the requirements.
